I have been using Mantis bug tracking system for a number of years to log your problems and suggestions. I have to admit that I have found the system cluttered and cumbersome to use and maintain.
So, Mantis is out and let me introduce you to my new friend: Lighthouse. This is an issue tracking web application that simplifies the whole issue submission and tracking process. This means less hassle for you to report issues or suggestions to me and easier for me to allocate them to a milestone and sort them out! It would be nice if they offered a migration process from other bug tracking applications.
Lighthouse is free for open source projects, so if you are looking for a web app to host your issue tracking, you cannot go wrong with them!
I have setup the following projects under my Lighthouse account, where I am trying to gather the bugs that I need to squash and the new features that I want to include for my projects:
I will point my bugtracker subdomain to the Lighthouse account, so please use it from now on to report your feedback to me.
